How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) within E.U. & approximately 10 to 15 business days for Rest of the World. We also offer Express Mail Service (EMS) for customers who would like to receive their goods within rapid, fixed timescales (usually within 5 days)

How is the order packaged?
Orders are packaged in plain cover.

How is my order shipped to me?
Your order will normally be despatched SAMEDAY (orders recieved before 16.00h C.E.T.), using Priority 1st Class Registered Airmail (signed for).
