We offer a full and comprehensive refund policy if an order hasn't been fulfilled due to an error on our part. In the unlikely event that this is necessary the amount due will be credited back to the originating credit/debit card, or PayPal account, alternatively you can ask us for a re-shipment.

In most cases of DELAYED orders, the consignment is held up within the country's postal network or in rarer cases, detained by customs. Should this happen to you (most unlikely), you may get a letter of notice from your local customs department or your post office. Unfortunately, for obvious reasons, we cannot offer a refund or re-shipment until the original goods

have been returned to us intact. It may help to expedite matters in these rare cases, if you send us a copy of your customs notification letter (in English please).If we can't prove that the consignment was dispatched to the address that was given at the point of order, we will commence FULL REFUND procedures immediately.
