and have modified its structure so that even the smallest amount of water would cause its decomposition.This innovative design represents an effective safety feature rendering the new molecule; called fluridil, incapable of pharmacological activity should it ever find its way inside the body. Interpharma Praha, a. s. then conducted numerous studies to ascertain the systemic and topical toxicity in animals, and finally in human volunteers at the Experimental Dermatology Institute of the University of California, San Francisco under the leadership of Professor Howard Maibach.
