WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
** Customers ordering over the festive/holiday season (Mid December 2007- Early January 2008) may experience slightly extended delivery periods **

At Menspharma Ltd we ship hundreds of boxes of Eucapil® every week, to practically every country in the world. In over 90% of cases orders will reach their destination within the published timescales.

However, there are a number of factors, over which we have no control, which can delay delivery or indeed end up with the original order being returned to us.

Some examples: Customs delays, Postal delays, Nobody home when the country's postal system tries to deliver, wrong addresses, and so on. In these cases, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

A GROWING BUSINESS:

As our business has grown, so has the need for us to update our facilities and systems, in order that we can meet the increase in demand and ensure that goods are despatched within normal timescales.

We have responded to this requirement and to this end we have moved to larger premises, updated our systems and increased our manpower
(during September and October 2007).

As a result, we are now offering a SHIPPING GUARANTEE to all customers, from 15th October 2007.


SHIPPING TIMESCALES:

For orders shipped using REGISTERED PRIORITY AIRMAIL please allow approx 5 to 10 business days for delivery within the European Union and 5 to 15 days for the Rest of World.

For orders shipped using EMS (International Express Mail Service) please allow approximately 5 business days for delivery from receipt of order. Customers choosing EMS shipping will be given a tracking number along with online tracking instructions.
